Spanning 15 exciting and challenging years, Trish has amassed extensive marketing and business management experience in both Australia and the UK.
 
With an emphasis on the retail, property, franchise, health and beauty industries, Trish has held a number of senior marketing roles on both a national and global basis.

These roles have been diverse in nature. Ranging from the development of category marketing strategies and plans; developing brand blueprints, comprehensive business marketing plans and budgets, they have often involved multi layer management scenario's and numerous business partners.

Whilst strategically focussed, some of these roles have also involved diverse tactical marketing strategy execution, and often with a strong operational focus. This has provided Trish with an enviable balance of strategic experience and insight, with the tactical knowledge of operational execution. This experience and attitude has gained her support, trust and endorsement from colleagues and associates.

Trish is a strong believer in 'keeping it simple' and that careful planning, rationalisation and due diligence is critical to the success of business, marketing planning and execution. This philosophy has proved highly successful, with Trish often exceeding financial and brand expectations and objectives.

Trish's key strengths are her ability to understand and dissect a complex business or marketing scenario, identify solutions, and channel the business accordingly to meet objectives.  Trish also has a strong understanding of market positioning, business segmentation and differentiation, and is able to identify market and competitive positioning opportunities.

Trish has a Bachelor of Management, majoring in Marketing, from the University of South Australia. She is also a member of the National Honours Society.
